Lovibond RCMSi Starter Pack
The RCMSi Starter Pack contains the cell, standards and instructions needed for carrying out a remote calibration using the RCMSi system. If required, these packs are supplied free of charge with each new PFXi, but replacements can be purchased afterwards.
Description
The RCMSi Starter pack contains two bottles of each standard to prevent contamination of the second set in the event that the first attempt fails. Please note that once the instrument and pack has passed, the entire pack becomes invalid, even if the second bottles have not been opened.
Although the 50mm cell has been wrapped to prevent dust and dirt from entering the cell, the plastic itself leaves a slight residue which, because of the tight tolerances, might cause the process to fail if the clear ends of the cells are not carefully cleaned before carrying out the RCMSi.
