Our standard service does not offer refrigerated transport.  Therefore, the integrity of the samples may be compromised prior to being received by the laboratory.

Any samples received in this manner will still be processed using our UKAS accredited test methods; however, they will be deemed a deviating sample and the test report will include the following disclaimer:

Results for samples submitted exceeding this timeframe and those which carry no sample date and/or time will be deemed Invalid. Samples are considered grossly deviating if 48hours or more has elapsed between sampling & testing and resampling is strongly recommended.

 Storage requirements of 2-8° were not met during transit; therefore, the validity of the test material may be compromised.
