Measuring 0 to 150 ppm NO2-N using an adaptation of the ferrous sulphate method. This checker is useful for initial measurements of nitrite when trying to establish good ammonia/nitrite/nitrate control. Suitable for all types of aquaculture (marine, salt and fresh water), the ultimate aim is to decrease nitrite levels so the low range or ultra-low nitrite Checker can be used for optimum tank health.
