Six colour-coded thermometers to meet the Food Hygiene and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations:
- HI-151– white – general use/dairy products
- HI-151-1 – red – raw meat
- HI-151-2 – blue – raw fish
- HI-151-3 – yellow – cooked meat
- HI-151-4 – green – salad and fruits
- HI-151-5 brown – vegetables
The colour guidelines are for the food industry in particular, but you can use them in any working environment.
