Palintest Warranty Policy Changes

Subject to the conditions outlined below, Palintest guarantees that its instruments will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of first use.

Warranty Registration 

• All products must be registered via Palintest Connect. 
• Calibration certificates will be available digitally through Palintest Connect upon completion of warranty registration. 
• Warranty claims can only be processed for registered products. 
• An additional 12-month warranty extension (up to a maximum of 24 months total) is available when the instrument is serviced by an approved Palintest partner. 

Warranty Coverage 

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of products or components that are found to be defective under normal use. To qualify, the following conditions must be met: 

• Instrument is registered through Palintest Connect (failure to register your product may result in the inability to process warranty claims). 
• It has been supplied, maintained, and used in accordance with Palintest user instructions. 
• It has not been repaired or serviced by unauthorised personnel. 

 Exclusions 

The warranty does not cover: 

• Calibration of the instrument 
• Accidental damage, for example dropping the instrument or exposure to extreme temperatures  
• Mechanical damage resulting from misuse or unauthorised repairs  
• Damage due to incorrect fitting of the battery compartment (applicable for Lumiso products with replacement AA cells) 
• Damage caused using non-Palintest reagents  

Please note: pH, conductivity, and TDS probes are covered for six months from the date of purchase only. Micro 800 is covered for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase only.
