We are writing to provide an important update regarding the issue identified with certain batches of our DPD tablets (AT010, AP013, and AP011), which may have turned a dark grey colour while still within their expiry date. As previously communicated, this issue was traced to a malfunction on our blister packing line, which allowed a small amount of moisture to enter the packaging. This affected batches manufactured between September 2023 and June 2024.
DPD formulations are particularly sensitive to moisture, and this exposure has been confirmed as the cause of the discolouration. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout our investigation.
To ensure timely resolution, we would like to inform you that the final date for submitting claims for free-of-charge replacement stock is:

If you have experienced this issue and have not yet submitted a claim, please contact us at support@palintest.com before this date, providing proof of purchase and the volume of affected boxes. We will continue to honour all valid claims received by the deadline.
